When many are racing back to the way things used to be, all great leaders are leveraging this massive period of change to make things better.  During the initial phase of a crisis, leaders will need to be more calm and even directive so everyone will sense a confident path forward.  As stability starts to come, leaders must move back to more collaboration but with a forward look to a better future not just a return to the past.  This Forbes post is excellent:
