Technology can help your team or kill it and it is up to you as the leader to set the right culture.  If you demand constant connectivity, then at some point your best people will leave, it’s just too much.  On the other hand, if you let everyone know that blocking unplugged time is a priority, then everyone can be far more productive.  This HBR post is on point:
