One of the greatest challenges in leadership is to keep the team motivated to do excellent work.  We all hit times where we start settling for average but in some cases the attitude of the team settles into a maintenance mentality of showing up and going home.  Mark Miller gives some practical tips on coaching your team beyond mediocrity:
