I spend more time and research on productivity than any other leadership discipline. The reason is I find myself with more inputs every week and therefore it becomes even harder to get the most important work done. This applies to how I spend both my personal and professional time. Much less energy was devoted to non-productive interaction, resulting in better and more expedient decision making.

In summary, during a two year period, Dan led the leadership team through multiple dimensions of leadership development, including team building, succession planning and personal professional development of each member.
