I am a leadership coach that helps both individuals and organizations define priorities that are really important and then develop plans to make sure those things get done. I have a passion for merging the personal and professional parts of our lives into one life plan.
My background includes working in the corporate world for ten years and in the non-profit sector for the last twenty five. The common denominator in all of that experience is the disciplines and skill sets involved in leadership.
I have to daily lead myself before I can effectively lead others. One of my favorite life quotes is, “nothing so conclusively proves a person’s ability to lead others as what they do from day to day to lead themselves.”
I would be glad to talk with you to help define and then accomplish the things that are the most important to you at home and at work. After all, when it is all said and done that is all that really matters.
