There is absolutely no excuse today if you say you want to be a great leader but you are not really sure how to do it.  The ability of anyone to leverage social media and multiple podcast and webinar platforms is almost endless.  What you have to do is set up the process and spend 15 minutes a day on research.  This HBR post is spot on:
